DOMAIN NAME

What is a domain name?
A domain name is an unique Internet address for identifying your website on the Internet. Each address has two parts, the name and its domain. The domain is the specific part of the Internet to which the computer is connected. The general format of a domain name is therefore: name.domain.
For example: 99.com.my

Do you register domain for me?
Yes. We register with your details and 100% owned by you and you have full control over it. Beware of company that register your domain name using their own details and risk losing your domain name to them. (Applicable to .com.my)

What is the timeline of activating a domain name?
Registration of domain name can be done in one business day. Anyway, it will take about 1-2 days before the domain name information will be activated due to the time taken by DNS server to refresh their records.

Can I transfer an existing domain name to your servers?
Yes. Most of the time, the process can be done transparently without any significant downtime to your website.

How do I give name to a domain name?
Your domain name is your online identity. As a result, naming a domain name is critical.
Technically, a valid domain name consists of max 67 characters, including the extension .com, .net, or .org and special country extension .my, .sg, .ca, .uk , etc. "www." and http://www." are not considered part of your domain name and therefore don't count towards the 67 character total. Numbers and letters are valid character, while spaces and special characters are never allowed. Hyphens may also be used in but may not begin nor end your domain name.

Can I have domain such as "mydomain.99.com.my"?
Yes. Sub-domain of your domain name can be created if needed.

Can my website be accessed without "www"?
Yes. We have configured our server to make sure all our customers' website can be accessed without "www".

How do I check domain name availability?
For international top-level domain name such as .com, you can use WHOIS of Network Solution. For .my top-level domain, you can check from MyNIC Lookup.

What is the timeline of setting up a new web hosting account?
1 business day.

Can I transfer files to the web server by File Transfer Protocol (FTP)?
No. FTP access is not allowed with our web hosting package. We take fully control of our server in order to maintain the reliability and security. In fact, you will be rest assured with our professional and reliable maintenance support, which you don't even need to know what is the FTP for.

Do you utilize any latest Internet technologies in web designing?
Yes. Capable of utilizing the latest web technologies is one of our expertises. These technologies include JSP, PHP, Flash, DHTML, Javascripts and etc, are available to fulfill our customer's need.

What is the timeline of a web development project?
It is vary depend on the complexity of a project. Usually, a basic website designing will take around 1 week and an advance site will take around 1 month. However, your co-operations are very important to ensure the completion of the website is in time. Therefore both parties must work closely to each other.

Can I only select partial services from your packages?
Yes. We are more than willing to discuss with you in order to create a customized package that suit your specific need.

Why can't I create my own website?
Yes. You can always do it yourself. However, designing a website is really not a simple task. It requires a lot of time and professional skill to create a website that is fully functional and has a professional appearance. As a result, you will find our cost effective package is a better solution.

Do you accept order from foreign country?
Yes. With the help of the modern communication tools, such as email, phone, fax and global delivery services, business can definitely be conducted no matter where our customer is.

Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can improve your existing website or even redesign it from ground up.

Do you provide maintenance service?
Yes.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

What kind of design?
Name card design, Banner design, Logo design, DVD cover design , Flyers etc. you name it.

Do you print them?
No. We have affiliate printers to do so. We only design and charge for design fee then we will help you to send to the printer for printing. Cost of printing is charged seperately.


If you do not need design service, we can help you to send it to our affiliate printers for printing. Only printing cost is imposed.

What happened if printing error occurred?
WTS and the printer are not liable for the error. Therefore we strive to communicate and understand the client needs to reduce the chances of error occurrences.
